Product Description:

The production line for double wall corrugated pipes represents the third generation of advanced equipment created by Shandong HUASU. This latest model delivers remarkable enhancements in production capacity and speed, boasting an increase ranging from 20% to 40% over previous generations.

Incorporating state-of-the-art online belling technology, the system guarantees that the finished corrugated pipes exhibit outstanding performance qualities. Additionally, the whole manufacturing process is overseen by a Siemens PLC control system, which greatly improves both operational efficiency and reliability.


Features:

Introducing a newly engineered closed molding machine, featuring a specialized high-efficiency cooling system specifically designed for aluminum modules. This advanced cooling technology ensures optimal performance and durability of the components.

The machinery includes a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine equipped with a professional-grade corrugated pipe extrusion mold. This setup is engineered to deliver consistent quality and superior productivity in extrusion processes.

We utilize interchangeable LY12 aviation-grade aluminum modules, made from a high-quality alloy containing 5% copper. These modules offer enhanced strength and durability, meeting stringent industry standards.

Employing a precision pressure casting process, the modules produced are resistant to deformation and free from light pores, ensuring structural integrity and longevity.

In addition, customizable waveform solutions are available to accommodate specific application requirements, providing flexibility and tailored performance.

The system also incorporates a computer-controlled automatic DWC cutter, which guarantees precise positioning and stable operation during the cutting process, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
